What can I expect During an Angel Reiki Session?

When you arrive, we will sit and chat together for a short while. I will gather a few personal details from you and we will discuss any concerns or health issues, and I can answer any questions you may have. However, unlike some therapies I offer, Angel Reiki is usually safe for anyone to receive.

After that we will go through to a very calming and tranquil treatment room. You will receive the Angel Reiki fully clothed whilst lying on a treatment couch. However, Reiki can also be given seated in a chair if mobility issues don’t allow you to lie on the couch. I will usually have some incense burning and some relaxing music playing ,and you can close your eyes and totally relax. There is nothing you will have to do.

During the treatment I will work partly hands on and hands off. However, if you would prefer me to work totally hands off I am happy to do so. During a treatment you may feel a lot of heat coming off of my hands as the energy healing takes place. You may also sometimes sense my hands remaining on a certain chakra when you know they have moved to another point. This is not at all unusual. You may also be aware of me moving around the couch during the healing but you will know at the end of it that I have finished because I will touch you gently on the shoulder.

A Great Best of Eastbourne Evening

Even though I very much trust that I will attract those people that are meant to come to me for one of my lovely treatments or healing – Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Chakra Balancing, Holistic Counselling, Holistic Facial, Angel Reiki – it is still important to work at getting myself known in the community of Eastbourne and promoting these services. In the business world there are many groups that meet and support their members – networking.  One way I do this is as a member of a great and very supportive group – The Best of Eastbourne run by David Ruddle who is highly committed and enthusiastic about the members and their businesses. On Wednesday evening a number of members joined together for an evening event to learn ways that will help us grow our business and of course to chat and learn more about each other’s businesses. I think I can safely say we had a great time, learnt a lot at an excellent venue (thanks to BPE Business Connections) with great food (thanks to Will’s Restaurant).

If other holistic practitioners and counsellors haven’t looked at networking I’d advise you to do so although you do need to find one that you feel comfortable in and that is well organised and managed. In fact there may be a Best of in your town – why not check it out.
